mq glow plugs

Hi all, just wondering what is the difference between the two types of glow plugs for the mq 3.3td as both are 12volt .
one lot are 8/83 to 7/85
the other are 7/85 to 8/87
not sure if the sd33 and sd33t run the same plug or not
