Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi guy's
me again,on my way to work this morn and i thought that i put my parker lights on(which i didn't) cos my speedo etc was lighting up randomly but i realised that everytime i pushed the brake the parkers come on..

i assume there's a short somewhere..?
i'v checked the fuses and there all good!
is there somewhere where i should start looking??

My sister once tried changing her rear brake light but somehow managed to jam the bulb in the wrong way and it had the same effect...

more than likely a bad earth somewhere

i did just put 2 new brake lights in the rear!
had them lying around in the center console so threw them in and they worked so i left them! pretty sure they were the right ones..

mine did the same thing, turned out to be the rear stop/tail bulb holder had melted abit therefor shorting against each other

well found the prob..!
i pulled all the rear brake lights out(upper 1 and lower 2)
and found that the upper brake bulb is 21w 12v and the lower ones are 21w 5v..i didnt really bother checking when i put them in
anyway now with the correct 5v bulbs it's all good again!

was gonna say, any of your mates been by your car lately. one of me mates at work ran a wire from my indicator to my horn, cheeky bastard! everytime i put right indicator on the horn would go off each time it flashed. was gold! took it off when i got home. next day his top tray in his toolbox was full of concrete with tools sticking out the top!
