ok guys its bullbar building time.

How has everone mounted off the front of the chassis?

some pics would be great.

Goin to build a external cage as well if you have any pics so that I can steal some ideas

use crush tubing in the 2 front chassis rails and bolt it up there and if its a wt just grind the side of the bolt a bit to fit it in

or use 40x40 rhs inside the chassis rails,something nice and strong,not the best fit,but a couple of us have front bars/exos all off this and has worked fine.Pretty simple method just have to cut the rhs,notch it out to go around front cross member and drill four holes,4 bolts mount it but it depends on what your bar will be made of i guess as to whether rhs or flat will suit best
sierra truggy,37 sticky treps,propane,6.5s and disconnect,lux diffs with spools,16" fox shox,hydro steer.
