I need help with this Diff

Can anyone tell me the the gear ratio for the rear diff of a 1999 Mazda Bravo 2.5 TD 4x4 and can it be changed to something else. 
couriers and bravo diff are available in 3.7 4.1 and 4.44 ratio.
Im pretty sure yours is a 4.1 and it should also be LSD.
