Outer Limits 4x4 Board

2000 Hilux SR5 crew cab with 3.0 turbo diesel. Full service history, canopy, driving lights, UHF radio, apparently excellent condition (I'll get the mechanical report tomorrow). Best part is that it only has 130,000 kms on it.

The seller is asking $21,000. I actually think this price is pretty fair given the exceedingly low mileage, but what would you guys suggest offering for it? Redbook says $12,100 to $14,400, but Redbook also assumes 180,000+ kms.

I am selling my 2000 dual cab lux and have it listed for $19500 so the price being asked for this one doesnt seem to far out to me considering the klms.
As for what to offer think of a low silly price and offer that the worst they can say is no and if they question you just tell them you have to try because you never know when someone might say yes.
