putting power steering on a hj45
i have a 1983 hj45 landcuiser, with a 2h motor. is there any chace i can fit a power steering system to it??????, if so wat can i use????
ok there are a couple of options that you have thy include
using a 60's steering box and bits

you can run a origonal 40s steering setup however they are had to find and rather expensive
i ended up gettin the 40s box and coloum and using a early 60s pump and engine mount you will also have to move the bottom radiator outlet but the power steering will make it so much better to drive
a lot of people dislike the 40s steering cause of all the linkiages and the schock hitting the relay rod but its up to you up to 33 use the origonal set up and 33s and up use the 60s stuff
