82' MQ remote transfer case, how strong are they?

As the title states foks i am after a bit of information on the remote transfer from an MQ patrol, Are they a nice strong transfer or are they weak as.......well you know? would they work well in a rover? being that a rover is full time 4wd? any info would be greatly appreciated.
