EFI wiring

Hallo Iam a Patrol owner from Norway
I have a Nissan Patrol Y60 swb 4,2 l carb. 89 mod lhd.
I want to put in a fuel injected enging i get bought. It is a 95 mod tb42e.
But I missing the wiring (main wiring harness end wiring between main wiring and engine). I got the ecu.
I also need the relays and mass air flow sensor. Ther is not sold any tb42 in Norway or Europa so it is difficult to find the parts.
I was lucky that find the engine from an imported car, like my own. (middel east).
Can enybody help????
