Put a breaker bar on it, if that doesn't work put a bit of pipe on the end of the breaker bar, it should come undone without that much force though, nutcracker is the best for stubben bolts, and use never seize before you put the bolts back in.

I bet it's one of the ones going through into the chassis rails from the bottom ?

if it is, heat is your friend. heat it until cherry red, let it cool a bit and then try and undo it with gradual force, if it won't move repeat the process,
When it does start to move, work it backwards and forwards with lots of lube, (Lanotec or Penetrene are better than WD spray)
if you lean on it to hard the captive nut inside the chassis will let go as it's only spot welded, then you'll have to cut the bold anyway to get it out.

Oh, and try and use a six point socket (has six sides like an Impact socket)

Also single hex socket. soo many times i see pipe come out and then striped boly or nut mainly because of guy's using double hex/12pt sockets

heating it up is good if you can get on the bolt if not you just heat everything , but inox and working it back and forth will prolly work
