I've fitted an 80 series master cylinder to my 70 and have an 80 series booster ready to fit.
When I test fit the 80# booster, the linkage that connects to the brake pedal was too short so I had a small extension made up (something like 30mm long) havnt actually been bothered to fit it yet so its still sitting in the garage. can measure the spacer if you want specifics, otherwise just fit it up and you'll see how much longer you need to make the extension.

cheers.
