I have a 96 3.5 LWB pajero with low k's. Sometime reverse is hard to select, it goes in but not with ease, its not hard but not easy, if that makes any sense.
Is this a Pajero thing or do I have a problem?

this is what id do.
try selecting first then put it into rrverse that helps sometimes,
change your gearbox oil...maybe even add an additive
or try pumpin the clutch a few times..
doie it grind on the way in or just a bit hard sometimes?

No it doesn't grind its just hard to get in sometimes. Been moving through the gears before going to reverse, that seems to help. I think i will change the oil & add an additive, can you recommend any? Its got to be long other due, I reckon..
