Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Around what time did the GU TD42 become intercooled as standard in the wagons? Was it the change over between GUII and III or was it midway through the GUIII?

I'm hunting after one to buy but don't know what month or year the intercooler became standard...

Any help would really narrow down my search.....
