re fj45 brakes

hi got no brakes jacked up wheels and drums move and come off easily has 4 wheel drums how do i adjust them up

You could adjust them up. I'd pull the drums off just to check how much of the linings are left. That way you will know if it due for a set. You'll also be able to see if a wheel cylinder is leaking or not.

how can u adjust up got about 30% left on shoes

on the backing plate there will be a hole towards the top It may have a rubber plug in it ( mos of the time the plug gets lost ).
It is a hole a couple of centremetres long. Use a screw driver if you don't have a brake adjuster tool to rotate the wheel inside. I can't remember if you rotate it up or down now but as you move it a few clicks at at time rotate the wheel & you will here it starting to touch the brake drum. You want your wheel to turn easily but not too easy if you know what I mean.

If you plan to do a lot of the work on you car yourself I'd investin a Max Elery's manual. It is a great source of info & step by step instructions.
I have one for when I first got my shorty. Not much of my car is standard anymore but my old man used it all the time for his car.
