re fj45 brakes

hi bought car other day had no brakes pedal just goes to floor today i took wheels off and rear shoes are worn and drums were loose the front were worn nothn left and drums loose will replace shoes tom are there any tips on changing also should i bleed after i change shoes and how tight should drums go on adjusting
