howdy yall.

Had a massive weekend getting the car ready for rego.
But i've replaced the inner axel seals.

The passenger side, with the longer axel....how the hell do you get the spines to match up at the diff side, without putting pressure on the seal.

I was reading the manaul, just to double check a few things, and it says not to put any pressure on the seals, but whe i slid the axel back in. i had to put downwards ressure on it, to get the other end of the axel to come up so that it wouldslide in.

You think this will cause them to leak again/

Yeh mate I found the exact same thing. There must be a trick we're missing?

Mind you in both vehicles there's no leaks yet.

sounds positive then man.

Cheers. Will have to see how it goes.

Did you put any silicon around hub, when you put it back on the swivel.

I noticed that the bolts that hold mine on, were siliconed in. strange,........but true
