I just purchased 6.5:1 series 4 gears from Rick at BBM, however I'm stuck trying to find a rebuild kit as they can't supply them any longer. Last time I bought gears was from the guys at lowrange offroad so i just got the kit from them, however now with the terrible aussie dollar this is just to much, over 400 bucks delivered.
What I am after in the rebuild kit is
5 main bearings, 3 seals, 2 main needle roller bearings, 2 gaskets and a counter shaft.
The local bearing place can get a kit for $350, which is a similar price from Suziwest online.
Is there anywhere else i can look that will do a rebuild kit before forking out this much. If those who have bought kits, just say where they got it from and how much they paid, and if you have any links or numbers that would be tops.
Thanks.
Brendan

Consolidated Bearing Company (CBC):
http://www.conbear.com/
I myself get my bearings, seals, ect from:
Ipswich City Bearings (ICB)
http://www.icb.net.au/index.html
But this may not help you guys living outside of Western Brisbane (unless freight is organised?). For those living in this area I cannot recomend these guys highly enough.

thanks highwaystar for the link,
in the end i went with snake-racing.
They seemed to have a kit with everything in it including new flange nuts, and the small needle roller bearings. $320 exlpostage. ($15), Which they didnt tell me about at time of ordering,
If everyone still wants to put down where they got theirs from and how much that would be good for anyone trying to search in the future.
Cheers
Note * Just looking again at snake racing and it looks like they have put the price up to $360 now, looks like a just snuck in...
