Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Looking at buying 4 new shocks for the paj since the original ones are a bit worn out. Which one sud i go with, foam cell or gas??? Also would want adjustable ones for the back, any ideas???

I replace with KYB - I think.
From Autobarn they are cheap and work very well
