The whole build is on OFN - think its the same one - but there is no search function unless you subscribe so would take some page sifting.

I've always wanted to see a 4wd with hydrostatic drive, it's such a damn good idea. If you've ever operated hydrostatic dozers/loaders, they are so torquey. He's also gone closed loop so he doesn't need a big ass reservior.
I reckon it's the future, either hydrostatic drive or electric drive.

from what I can gather he is more interested in the build itself rather than the finished product. It's a kinda "Hmmm I wonder if this will work" project.
I wonder if it will as well. The fab work and research are a notch above some of the builds there but that wont mean anything if it doesn't actually work in practice. He seems to be dodging any answers about if it has actually driven yet.
Also wont the square tube just get caught up on stuff and isn't round tube stronger than square?
