auto or manual
Moderator: GUtripper
I've a manual .. and I've been pretty happy with it...
Though on undulating surfaces .. or over rough rocks I wish I had an auto .. to take the jolt out of it ..
The manual should get better economy .. and after 03 (I think) they had a 6 speed manual.

G'day.
Have a look at http://www.redbook.com.au for the car specifications.
It Looks like the MY2005 models and above came with a 6 speed manual.
The autos are 4 speed.
Autos are definitely better for steep uphill climbs as you do not need to rely on the clutch etc.
However, manuals do tend to be more economical. The economy all depends on how heavy the right foot is though.
