Outer Limits 4x4 Board

We are preparing for a trip to Central Aust in May. Proposed track across the Plenty to Alice Kings Canyon the Rock Olgas etc down through CooperPeady In to lake Eyre ,Flinders Ra and back through Innaminka.My vehicle has an Ironman kit put on by previous owner and has aleanto the left. Can someone advise me of the best kit for this type of travel? The vehicle has vignyl canopy on alloy trat ,duel fuel tanks,60l water tank Steel Bullbar with side rails 16 in Sunrasia rims with BF all Terrain 60 l Fridge/Freezer plus the usual gear for that sort of trip.Usually carry 2 spares on roof rack plus a plastic Jerry Can which is only filled when needed and emptied as quickly as possible.
