new set of rims

HI ... i recently bought a 2002 dx cab chassis 4.2 turbo diesel ... i would like to fit a set of 33x12.5x8 set of rims and tyres ... i have read on these forums that the cab chassis with the coil front and leaf rear are 100 mm difference in their tracking ... so my question is .... will these tyres fit straight on or do i have to get a set offset rims ... cheers
