chev into fj40/45 cruiser - K&M CHASSIS

G'day,
i've just pulled a chev small block out of one of my shorty's to get rebuilt and was looking to find some info on the mob that made the bellhousing adaptor for it.
it reads K&M CHASSIS DISTRIBUTORS K.O.T.
just wondering if anyone has a bellhousing from the same people or knows if the business has gone bust or changed names or whatever...wanting to get info for vic roads purposes.
the setup uses the original engine and gearbox mounts etc
