A few years back (when I used to read A4wd Monthly - or whatever it's called these days) Roothy was raving about a bloke on the Sunshine Coast who used to do cold re-setting of spring leaves.
Worth looking into?

damn thats expensive!! why dont you just do some booty fab and use 75 series rear springs? they are cheap and longer! just need to move some mounts around a little which isnt to hard to do.

I haven't put in for them yet, but 35mm longer at the front of all springs for every spring, and cut to marry LC60 axles to a LandRover leaf chassis with 2" lift and altered spring rates.

Hey Tyson, don't wanna thow a spanner in the works - but have you considered 'add a coil'. I was going to go this way with my 61, but ended up with heavy kings - but they are damn heavy !!
The coils will push the axle down rather than rely on the other side being pushed up. 60s need a pretty heavy spring on the rear when you lift them - unstable on the road and large overhang.... This way you can reduce the number of leaves and raise to your desired height with a coil......
Just a thought.... a few hundred $ per corner last time I checked.
Dunc.
