also will need radius arm spacers, you should not need cut front gaurds then.

you may need wheel spacers or large offset rims. i just put some 37x14.5 creepies that are on 15x8 cruiser offset rims onto mine and on full lock they hit the radius arms and will also rub on the rear inner guards & chassis.

I've got 5" suspension 3" bodylift (yeah aI know... too much) and guard cuts. Still the MTR's rub the guards on extreme flex.

Im sure sim will post the photo of the GQ with 38's and 2inch lift..

you dont need 400ft lift to fit tires.

You will need to cut the gaurds ( probably ) and extend the bumpstops or do a bodyilt ( definetly ), although bumpstops were probably extended with your 6' lift.

Heaps of info on here though, seems this question gets asked at least once a month ;)

Radius arm spacers are usefull, just check front diff clearance to panhard rod at full compression.

Tyres that are rubbing on radius arms can be sorted by adjusting steering lock stop bolts on swivel hubs.

i run 37's wit 5 in spring and 2in body which i think is way to high and unstable when on angels i still had to trim front and rear guards (with front spacer ing) and when hitting large rocks, steop ups etc it still hit the gaurds,

next plan is 3in spring, bigger dumpstops and less guards

Whats wrong with that top pic? It'd be a better truck overall with that low lift and heavily cut guards as opposed to 8" of lift  and stock bodywork.

I have a set of new 37/12.5R16 creepys sitting in the shed along - I hope to make them fit with as little hight increase as possible. Hopefully around 3" max.

I have a guy who makes GQ guards out of fibreglass witha higher front arch  to fix the front guard issue. The rears will need tubbing and or cutting into a ute.

Also have drop boxes which push front diff forwards a substantial amount.

interested to see how others have dealt with things. Ive done plenty of searches and not actually seen that much info on what people have done and how wel its all worked.
