Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi i have killed the gearbox in my 89 hilux, i have found a replacement box from a 90 model 4runner it has the electronic 4wd engagement transfer case attached. can i bolt my original transfer up to this gearbox? if not how hard will it be to get the electronic 4wd egagement to work?

if your original tcase is a gear drive then no it wont fit the whole gearbox tcase assembly will fit but the rear shaft wont reach unless you have a 4runner
