vit fuel tank in sierra possible?

Did a few (a lot actually) serches for this, nearly drove me nuts. Can someone point me in the right direction? All I need to know is if it's worthwhile. I have 1.6 16v in my sierra with standard tank and fuel system in tray (soft top) comprising of 2 pumps and a surge tank. Noise is already driving me nuts and I want the space back! Coily tanks are like hens teeth in tas so that option is probaby out. Just wondered if I could use the vit tank and in-tank pump to simplify things. I have a 2" body lift if that makes any difference room wise. Cheers in advance!

Yes -
SWB EFI vit or X-90 tank.
All the mounts have to be moved but it's a nice neat fit. It is (just ) possible to fit an exhaust beside the tank too.
Here's a few shots of a couple of different cars.

Forget the fuel tank - that "tuggy" has an awesome exhaust system.
Well designed and neatly integrated into the available space.
Might have to pilfer some of the layout ideas for my new system.
Well fabbed upper shock mounts too.

OK, yet another question! Is the vit fuel level sender compatible with the sierra fuel gauge? I have a vitara cluster that I robbed the speedo out of if i need the vit gauge.
