Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi,

I recently installed series 4 rockhoppers into my 1.3 transfer case and it now jumps out of low range into neutral sometimes or high range 4 into 2wd every time.

I think i have forgotten a spring or something, can anyone help with this?

I think its sposed to go from the outside in: detent screw, spring, ball, 2wd(?) selector shaft, ball, 4wd(?) selector shaft, ball and is there also meant to be a spring in that cavity?

No, but it does not seem to be hitting on the body, it used to be fine before the rockhoppers but it doesnt seem to click in properly any more

Did you replace the shifter sheet?

ive had a twist in the long transfer case mount, causing the lever to hit the body under revs and knock it out of 2L.

No havent replaced the shifter boot, I will do that asap,

Does anyone have an exploded view of a transfer case?
