Hey, Just a quick question. Does anyone know how many pulses per rev the no.2 speed sensor (on box, not transfer case) puts out in the a343f auto transmission behind a 1fzfe.

Thanks
Steve

My Gregorys manual is not much help. Whilst is says to test the transfer one by looking for 4 signals per one revolution of the speed sensor shaft all it says for the secondary sensor is connect an analogue ohmmeter to the terminals and roate the rear wheel and check that the motor needle deflects from zero to infinity ohms.

I am working on a 80 that has an ls1 fitted in front of the toy auto box, I am trying to set it up so that the ls1 PCM will control the box,

Yes everything in the PCM can be live tuned.

I am just going to trial and error to get it to work, will just run it on the hoist and adjust the signal till the PCM readout matches the speedo.
