Hey, how much do you guys think this is worth, put it up a week or so ago and no bites. Im actually selling it for a mate so not really biased so bring on the truth

Just my opionion but it's worth more than 10k. A dealer would prob buy it off you for around 10k, provided it's not an ex-mine car. Privately it should be a 15k ask and negoitate from there, fair bit of gear on it. But that usually doesn't help re-sale all that much. DAN

Ive never seen a 03 model for 10k anywhere ive looked, i would have said more 15-18k. mayby they are comming through the auctions at 10, but 95% of buyers dont go to them.

check out the rest of the market as the best guage.

To give you an idea I sold my xr6 falcon ute a week ago. I have had 1 phone call in the two week period it was advertised - luckily that one guys bought it and was wrapped, but if he hadnt found it I would have not had a snigle call.

somtimes you gotta be patient until the right buyer finds you.

SHit I just looked on tradingpost and there was not a single one under 20000. and upto 28000 (with lower ks) there were quite a few around 150-170000ks for 20ish.

So I would say your on the money - just bide your time dude.

I paid 6,000.00 for one. It wasnt a mine car, but has spent a bit of time around the mines. I am hoping to sell mine soon for around 10, it has done 155,000 ks. I reckon your mates is worth around 12 to 15. Depends where you are trying to sell it and how it presents, Oh I just remembered, you said turbo, so you might get 17, but I doubt it really. I know they are not toyota, but you can get brand new 4x4s for not much over 20gs.
So I say, may be lucky.

ye a stock turbo adds a fair bit of value, but i doubt 17k at the present time considering the bs that is going on. hes gonna put it up for 16.5 and work down
