MQ. Niva. Some others can be made divorced.
There are a few yank options as well but not highly available locally I think.

I'd go the MQ/MK transfer. Cheap, parts are easy to get, but no reduction gears for them (chain).

Early "Hiboy" 4x4 F100's (1976?) used a divorced transfer too.

you sure its not gear driven? i thought the reason you cant do reduction gears in it is due to a lack of room, not because its chain...

checked my old workshop manual, the exploded diagrams for both models of MQ transfer show gear drive, not chain. the limiting factor in reduction gears is that no1 will make a one off set when there is physicaly so little room within the case

A transfer case you can't get gears for isn't worth having IMHO, regardless of how unbreakable it is.
In any case, most cases are broken by lack of servicing, water/mud ingress, impact, or driveshaft bottoming.
Very very few cases ever break due to the torque loads they are asked to handle.
I'd forgotten about the hilux divorce kit.
Atlas are also available divorced.
However, if you are V6 and auto, I'm going to guess you can run a connected hilux transfer. That's what I'd be doing.

the GQ- GU transfercase can also be used as a divorsed transfercase.
all you need is an old output shaft from a gq-gu box a new flange.
