SC 14 is only designed to feed air to a 2L motor. It will most likley not flow enough air efficently to get a decent performance increase on the 4.0l 1UZ. It will end up super heating the air to produce the flow required at a decent boost level.

Also, have a read of -Nemesis-'s thread in Members. He is running a charged 1uz.
lextreme.com would also be worth checking.

I have used an SC14 supercharger on my 2.8l petrol MQ Patrol. I had a pulley adapted to the crank, sized to run the blower at the maximum speed, and this only resulted in 5psi. My setup had an intercooler (600x300 front mount).
The blower gave the instant boost, and was awesome to drive with massive torque from almost idle, BUT!!! with one downside, the blower was super heating the air, from the blades whipping the air up. This meant that the engine bay temps were extreme (resulting on cooler pipes blowing off in warmer weather), and coolant temps skyrocketed almost un-controlably. The blower would get so hot that you couldnt touch it.
IN my experience these blowers would be too small for the 1uz, and you would be wasting you time setting one up, as the result would be a disappointment.
