diffs,transfer and gearbox oil

just about to change oil before travelling and going to do diffs,transfer case and gearbox oil on a 73 fj45 cruiser and wondering how much oil they take and what grade oil
about 3ltrs in each is about right 75/90 i think also multitrax 80 (castrol) in those if it has a lsd use lsx90 .
i use lucas heavey duty oil stabaliser in my lj as well
