12ht plus auto fit to 75 ute??

does anyone know if the 12ht will fit to my manual box or will i have to put the whole engine and auto in aswell? the engine has 350,000 and can get it for 4000 is this a good price? what should i be looking for when i test drive it??

will fit straight on to 5speed gear box if its a 2h if its a petrol just get a 2h bellhousing very easy mod
