hi richard, I came across this problem 2 weeks ago when I went to fit a ford 302 into my fj 45. As my landcrusier radiator was new and it is also big enough to cool the V8, I have just bought a new water pump for the engine with the outlet on the drivers side to match radiator and it only cost $99 brand new. Cheaper than buying another radiator.
