new tyres, turbo tuning and mechanic in melburn

gd day. need some recommendation from ya'll.
1. m looking to buy new 33" bfg all terrain. got quoted $393 per tyre from beaurepaires. any other shops to try ?
2. i wanna send the ute for turbo tuning. recommended mechanic?
3. and i need to send her for service b4 my road trip outback. again, any recommended mechanic to look for?
and yeah, i live in northcote, melburn.
