hi found a 5 speed will it fit without much change i have a 73 fj45 with noisy 4 speed and 350 chev wondering whether to go 5 speed or put a turbo350 auto conversion

How easy/good the fit will be depends on the position of the existing motor/bellhousing. If the gbox mounting face (the rear of the bellhousing)is further forward than original by about 50mm, you may not have to cut the floor. You may also have to modify the removeable transmission hump or a later model may give you the required clearance. Tailshafts will probably need shortening/lenghtening.... gbox input may also need changing to match whatever clutch settup you have..
