Radiator cap pressure for 1600 TBI

Seem to be overheating. I've used the 1300 radiator for my 1600 conversion and had few problems up to now. I noticed coolant dripping from the overflow bottle on a stops and did some tests. The radiator hold pressure and the tubes and vanes clean. There is no increase in oil level or appearance of oil in water. I replaced my radiator cap at RIPco and the specs for 1300 and 1600 seem to be the same. Could it be that the cap pressure release is too low?

start the car with the cap off and look for lemonade style bubbles in the water.
