http://www.superformance.com.au/

its at capalaba, a mate had a 9inch modified to fit a vk, and stronger axles machined up there, the new axles compared to standard are a level above the rest, beefed right up.

Theres also a place at brendale which does the same stuff but further away from you.

Any rod shop, or serious rotar race team/shop will be worth a ring for a quote.

Cut down & Resplined axles are weaker than stock axles, as the hardening isn't replaced.
Aftermarket alloy axles will be $600 - $900 depending on quality, complete.

My guy charges $350 to shorten the housing.

Moser are the best, from Supa Trik engineering in Melbourne. Good warranty too. It is a replacement warranty, of the next size up. He can shorten your housing too.

Was leaning towards moser axles, a few mates run them in 11 sec cars with no dramas.
