Outer Limits 4x4 Board

im looking at both of these luxs over the next week or so

96 has 215km on it and asking $6500 and the 98 just past 200km and asking $8700

what is the pros and cons of both of the models

ost i can spend is around $7500 want some money to fix up what needs doing and also a couple of cheap mods while i have the money.

Old one is Live axle

New one is IFS

Search for the differences if you don't know already. IFS better at everything except off road. Live axle stronger and better off road.

thats pretty much the difference,

if u wana good truck off road go the 96 live axle

if its just a daily, go the 98

well the best of both worlds - except for the better handling bit

Drive both, if your happy in the solid axle model then it will do everything you want. but if you dont like driving the truck like solid axle then you will be happier in the ifs car every day.

how much 4wding do you plan on?

oh and 8500 for the 98 model seems pretty cheap. 6500 fot the 96 model is about what you expect.
