New tyres for a 2005 Patrol with factory alloys.

Post by BundyRumandCoke »

The vehicle I am looking to lease is due for a new set of tyres. The current lessee is willing to listen to my suggestions regarding choice of new tyres. The vehicle is fitted with factory 17 inch alloys. It currently has a set of Coopers on it, in an AT pattern, but I am looking more towards something a little more aggressive, towards an MT. The local tyre places are hopeless, I am flat out finding out what size tyre goes on these alloys as standard, let alone finding out what brands are available.

So first, what size tyre is fitted to these alloys from factory?

Second, any suggestions as to brand and pattern for a replacement. There is another Patrol the same in town that has Mickey Thompson MTZs fitted.

The vehicle has no lift, but that could be looked at as part of the new lease.

And before anyone states the obvious, unfortunately no, I cant currently check the tyre placard.

Cheers
