I've used Turbo Engineering in Thomastown a couple of years back (not for a new turbo, but for a fuel pump upgrade, turbo boost increase and a dyno tune) and didn't have any issues with him (Ray). I will be hopefully taking my car back there later in the year.

I have had several cars tuned here and very happy with the out comes.
Fantastic knowledge of what's required for different applications.
