hi i have a suzuki vitara with a reconditioned weber 32/36 on it but the problems im having with the running of the motor is that if i were to try to hold it somwere between 1000rpm and 3000rpm the revs dont stay stable it would rev up and down slightly. but it idles fine and above 3000 it drives fine but between 1000 and 3000 its a pain to drive slowly because it jerks you around. i hope you understand what im trying to decribe to you wat it does.

i think they might have jetted it wrong because it had a 45 primary in and i had a 55 so i put that in and it didnt do it so bad but it runs pretty rich. i thought it may hav had a air leak but ive blocked everything on the intake of andeven sand blasted the manifold to fin a crack but it all fine
i have tried numerous things to fix it but im all out of ideas any help would be great.

with mine i had to add a return spring on the throttle arm to pull it back, as the throttle used to jam open now and then (well, not jam, but it was slow coming back) - this made the ride jerky as cos of the lag in deceleration... might be worth a look?

Also - check your leads.

check 4 air leaks by spraying carb cleaner etc around carb you,ll soon tell.
55 could even be a little lean on the primary what air you running in the primary?
Have a good read thru the weber thread Im pretty sure Ive posted up what jets I ran in my 1600.
