Injecting a TB42

Post by td lux »

Will the injection system from a TB42e bolt straight up to a TB42? How easy is this to do also how expensive for the hole system ????

When you've done it let us know the cost and effort. :D

It's a bit of a bugger as Nissan have different looms right through the dash for EFI and carby, it can be worked around. Personally I'd suggest getting the manifold, injectors and fuel pump fit a larger throttle body and a good tune with an aftermarket ECU as you will get easily 10-20 % more power than the stock system. I've fitted and tuned a number and the results are always much better than stock, and you can run twin tunes in case you can't get high octane fuel when away, just flick a switch.
