TD42 to SD33 compatability

Does anyone know if the exhaust manifold on the SD33 will fit on a TD42?

I have seen ad's on ebay for extractors stating that they fill fitt SD33, TB42, TD42 TB45 & TD45.

Pretty sure a TD45 dosent exist only a TD42 or TB45
