Landcruiser shock hoops for Lux

Today whilst wandering around the wreckers looking 4 cheap shocks for temporary fix on my lifted front (got some 100 series std shocks that work perfect), I spied a 100 series Landcruiser chassis cut up in pieces.
What caught my eye was the front shock mounts- they measure almost 250mm above the top of the chassis rail- compared to my Lux at about 175- 180mm. I could buy both sides for $60 the lot(still on chassis pieces of course).
Would these go OK on lux? Done properly I think they would look factory to prying eyes.
