Been speaking with buddy about getting another set of his sliders for my ute as I have pulled the body lift out. He said If I can get a minimum of 6 sets he'll cut us a better deal :D

Heres a pic of my old set.

He gave me the following prices based on the order of 6

Single cab - $450/pair unpainted - normally $500
Extra cab / 4 runner - $500/pair unpainted - normally $550
Dual cab - $550/pair unpainted - normally $600

Extra cab and 4 runners are apparently the same slider.

Let me know if any body else is interested, send me a PM so I can get on to him.

i don't think the 4runner is the same as an extra cab, unless it's an old 2door (LN60/LN61). I have a 4 door LN130 Surf and i'd assume that it has similar length/sizing as a dual cab. but my main problem is... i live in Melb. not the gold coast.

the purpose of a group buy is to get a good buy price, so whats the harm in another option which may be cheaper, it wasnt someone saying hey dont get in his group buy come in mine, it was another option the buyers might want to entertain for the same group buy.

anyway get the thread back to its purpose now and stop winging :finger:

but either way i would love a set of buds slider they look  but despite the missus winging she cant get into the cab easily, she thinks steps look ugly  I cant win.

perhaps I should get some and just fit them then say, well if you dont like them you take them off and sit back and watch with a beer as a blond takes to my car with tools. and see how it turns out.

then again what if she thinks a hammer is the best tool to use...

Ok answers to some of the questions.

Sliders are made from high strength DOM material

Freight can be organised please pm me an address for accurate shipping rates.

Sliders will be made to suit your car so body lift or no body lift as my brackets clear on a car with no body lift.

Once everything is confirmed would like to have this by friday the 22nd a $200 deposit will be required. Then material will be ordered the following week to start the sliders.
