Leaking swivel hub, need tips and advice please

My swivel hub in my 90' WT Sierra is leaking, and i have oil making its way to my brake disc, so obviously im making it a prioroty to fix.

Just like to know what parts/seals i need to order, having never done this job before i'd hate to order only 'x seal' and realise i should have also replaced 'y seal' while everything was apart. Correct terms would be nice too, to make it easier for me when talking to Suzuki dealer.

Any tips for making the job quicker or easier?

Thanks
Mike

Do Suzuki sell it as a kit? or do you buy everything individually?

Apparently Suzuki seals are better than aftermarket...

Hey Mike,

I work in the bearing industry, if you buy a kit of nearly any bearing and power transmission place specific you will get japanese or better, NOK are japanese and very good consistant quality, but if you do get something like Seagull or NAK or CR (chicago rawhide, now owned by skf). your getting quality.

CBC kits will be japanese
SKF will be european
BD's kits are japanese.

you can buy felt seals individually if you have just overhauled the rest but if you haven't, for the $100 odd bux for a kit is a good investment.

I bought off Ebay. I got it quicker than anyone local could get it in. It had every thing and also came with new locking plates for the wheel bearing nuts. (mine where Kangaroo Edward ) had no problems except one axle seal poped out and I replaced with gen zook one. It could have gone back in ok but I binned it just to be sure.

Check the Bible, as there is a good "how to".
