as the topic says. I have a 92gq on gas. Its in need of a full service, tune, and a couple of other bits including an exaust repair, clutch vacume issues, and the fuel mixer has just recently started playing up. It froze up the other day and I can smell gas when im using lpg so it running on petrol at the moment.

Thanks guys

Guest 4wd in Fairfield.... A bit of a hike but you wont regret it, you just got to book about 3 weeks in advane.

I have been getting my truck serviced there (and I live in Caulfield) for a few years and couldn't be happier.

I've got a dude I use for work in Brunny, if that helps. They'll look after you.

I know a fella in Carnegie (son of a family friend), but I seriously don't know how good a mechanic he is, I usually chuck him a few bucks for the use of his workshop.

Can't seem to go wrong with Glenmount in Glen Waverly. They'll see you right, tell 'em how you found them, and they'll make sure you're looked after.

I know its not that close, but in Braeside there is SCS 4wd repairs. I've been there before as a mate has used them recently for some work on his cruiser and they seem pretty good at what they do.

the fuel mixer freezing up migh tbe an indication that you are having cooling issues. It would pay to get your head gasket checked out. That was a symptom on my GQ just before we did our head gasket. We used to get ours serviced by, complete mind balnk, is it On track out near Keilor? They run a bright green GQ in the winch challenge events. Anyway they do a great job on the gqs and can do a mod the water cooling on the block
