Go to this site and look there they have the pitman arms and they also have the chassi plates. IMO you will still need a steering dampner.

You will need to put on a steering dampner, remove the torque rod and cut off the brackets, buy the IFS box and mounting kit (as said look at www.locktup4x4.com)

This is better if you run a dropped front hanger as it helps clear the pitman arm...

I have a 4" lift and did not run the dropped hanger but i used the locktup kit which came with a completely flat pitman arm... Depends on the lift is depending on the pitman arm you use. (this is what i was told)

The tricky part is working out exactly where to mount your IFS box on the chassy.

Mount the steering box as close to the radiator support as you can this allows better clearance of the tie rod and drag link. make sure you test fit it before welding it up.

go a 2wd hilux pitman arm. Short and easier to come by in the wreckers. If ya don't move ya steering box as far forward as you can go you might ran into trouble with an 80 series arm. Mine is 1" forward on the front dropped crossmember and 1" forward on the diff pearch. I couldn't ran a 80 series arm as the links hit each other.

I would have to cut out the front of the cab near the cab mount and move the box even further forward but too much hassle now.

Hey mate, do you have a picture of the 2wd pitman arm?
