60 series, or 3rd gen hilux front brakes is the best, straight bolt on, vented discs and 4 piston calipers.
Just get the whole swivel housing and bolt it on

pretty sure its in the cruiser bible too

Ill be doing the same except on a BJ40.
Is there a master cylinder that will bolt straight onto the booster that will do the job? For some reason I have never been able to find the answer for this... so far.

The early 80 series will go on but are much the same as the hilux, the later ones will require 16" wheels and may need you to use an adapter as they run a different bore size on the disc and are larger in diameter and are thicker (38mm Vs 20mm )
although they whole hub assemely might interchange then that just leaves the calilper to bolt up.

40-60 series and hilux stuff are pretty much interchangeable from what I've seen, maybe try and use the whole swivel knuckle? then you know everything wil fit, it'll be legal and the engineer will be happy.

Either way, your gunna have to find some bits and try it. just like I am on my Lux atm
